Our shipment had some bumps in the road. and tech support for setting up the machine was not quick, however what time we did get with the tech was very valuable. No training on the software, no manuals so it's been interesting to figure out how to get something to pint, we do have that down but still have no idea how to use White or Varnish if we want to, a few blanks have been ruined in our feeble attempts
Had a bent bar on the heat press still no idea if a replacement is really coming though they did say they would replace it.
The quality is great, prints fantastic and we are loving the machine and what it can do for our business. The issue for us really is no manuals and lack of explanation on full use of the software. Still no instruction on maintenance and cleaning so hopefully we don't run into issues before we fully understand that.
Everything came with China plugs so we had to get an electrician to refit plugs and our breaker box to handle what we purchased.
